You’ll End Up Basic if You’re Not Careful!

How much control do you have over your life? Do you set and tackle goals?

Picture your life as a movie and you are the creative director behind it! A lot of times we allow life to pass us by not realizing that we are capable of accomplishing so much (guilty)!

Personally, I’ve been doing a lot of thinking for the past couple of days. Little by little I’ve been setting goals for myself, small goals and large goals! I’m tired of letting days, months, and years go by of not really accomplishing as much as I would like. So, I’m putting myself up for a challenge, and if you’re in the same situation I’d suggest you do it too! From this day forward, make clear to yourself what it is you would like to accomplish! Write it down if you have to, or even create a dream board, but make sure that you have that reminder everyday of what it is you’re working towards.

We have so much power over our own lives and at times we like to doubt ourselves. Truth is, we can do and have anything we want; all we need is determination and optimism. Do NOT allow your self to become “basic”. Do not allow yourself to settle for less. There’s so much that can become of your life, but it’s up to you to take control!

Tomorrow is a new day and a brand new slate. Don’t be afraid to be a #BOSS. Be the creative director of your movie!

XOXO,

Adanna

  1. I am also so very guilty of this, I just let my days past by just doing the same routine. Go to work, come home, eat, sleep, and back again. When really I should be doing so much more, this just reminds me I have got to change it.
